What you’ll do

We are looking for a talented Integrations Manager to own and grow CORTO’s third-party integration ecosystem. In this role, you will manage external developers and partners who build applications and integrations that call CORTO’s APIs, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable integrations.

Reporting to the Head of Backend Engineering, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and commercial teams—shaping integration standards, improving developer experience, and ensuring integrations deliver real value to customers.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical understanding, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

This is an incredible opportunity to be part of an engineering team building the next generation of our products. The day to day will include:

• Owning the operational health and performance of CORTO’s third-party integrations and developer ecosystem
• Onboarding new integrations
• Liaising with CTO to provide reports on performance and usages of integrations
• Owning and maintaining CORTO’s API documentation
• Providing technical support for developers and other stakeholders
• Reviewing new and updated integrations
• Collecting feedback from stakeholders and communicating improvements required to the Development team
• Approving / rejecting application reviews
• Build strong internal and external relationships through clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Working closely with key business decision makers and cross-functional development and testing teams to offer guidance and advice on what solutions will best fit the business needs
• Reviewing and improving integrations team workflows
• The candidate will be required to be a good cultural fit for our team as values and behaviours are important within our teams

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in working in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Experience in creating technical documentation specifications
• Experience in working on tech support tasks
• Familiarity with REST services and APIs
• Strong delivery focus to complete tasks within schedule and quality standards
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Even better if you have;

• Database experience (mySQL, MSSQL and / or DynamoDB)
• Knowledgeable on best practices for both UI and UX development
• Knowledge of AWS products
• Knowledge of OAuth and Auth0
• Knowledge of LEAP products
• Experience in using Atlassian products
• Experience working with json / yaml specifications
