FAQ’s
HQ for CORTO is in Sydney, Australia! As we grow our business, so too will our geographical footprint. Currently we also have a Dev team in San Francisco and Product expertise on the East Coast of the USA.
We have an established Dev team in San Francisco that are fully remote, but outside of that location we hire locally in Sydney and its surrounds. At this early stage of CORTO we are being purposeful about not being too distributed across time zones and locations. Our office cadence is a minimum of 2 days, we value flexibility and face to face time in different but important ways.

The short answer is no, you don’t! For some roles we will require skills that cross into the legal industry, but for many roles we are open to expertise from many different industries. We will be clear on our vacancy postings which backgrounds we believe will be successful in particular positions.
