What you’ll do

Weʼre looking for an exceptional Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of AI-powered tools for legal professionals.

Youʼll contribute directly to our core product suite, including:

• AI Legal Research Assistant
• Lawyer-in-the-loop Verification
• Microsoft Word Contract Review

Beyond modern web technologies, youʼll design and build cutting-edge AI backend systems, including agentic toolchains, RAG pipelines, and experimental enrichment and validation models that improve accuracy, traceability, and trust in AI outputs.

As we expand into Australia, Canada, the UK, New Zealand, and the US, youʼll play a key role in building scalable, production-grade systems that lawyers rely on every day. Your work will directly impact how legal professionals work efficiently and effectively across research and contract review, combining advanced AI capability with expert human oversight to deliver both speed and accuracy.

What you’ll bring:

Weʼre open to a range of experience levels, whether you're mid-level or senior, as long as you have at least 4 years of commercial experience in full-stack development, along with:

• Proven experience with statically typed languages (ideally Typescript)
• Strong understanding of SOLID design principles
• Skilled in front-end frameworks/technologies such as modern React & NextJs
• Proficient in writing tests using Vitest and Playwright (or equivalent)
• Comfortable working with back-end technologies such as the Node.js ecosystem, SQL, & Docker
• Rest API design and 3rd party integrations
• A passion for writing clean, reliable, and maintainable code
• Curious about the evolving landscape of AI & LLMs
